The shipping of Original artwork requires both extra insurance and special packing. For information on the different shipping methods contact us via email at:- Sue@suecoleman.ca. Include your name and address and the title of the artwork you are interested in, we will then send you the total plus the cost of packing and shipping.
We ship nearly all our other items via either Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service or Airmail. These services supply us with a tracking number and insurance up to $1000.00 per package. Any other services used may not be covered under our return or loss of shipment policies.
Please be patient and allow the correct number of shipping days before calling us about your package. Expedited allows 1 - 7 working days within Canada, 4 - 12 days to the US.
International Air and Express Post International 6 - 10 days. International Ground is very risky and will take up to two months with no tracking numbers so we cannot replace anything lost by this
shipping method.
We aim to please but if you're are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please contact us immediately. On all mass produced products such as artcards, Limited Editions and other gift items we have a strict exchange only policy and there will be no cash refunds.
