Copyright - Sue Coleman retains the copyright to all the images, paintings, prints and design work. For use of Sue Coleman copyright material please email your detailed request to sue@suecoleman.ca and include the following: specific image(s) or material for which you are seeking permission. Title, if applicable and a short note on how Sue's work fits into your project, your deadline and contact information.

Tattoo Copyright - We understand the spiritual level of tattoos and what they could mean to an individual, so we have created this page with our policy on tattoos (and any other medium that reproduces Sues art). We know that most quality tattoo parlors now require written permission for the copyrights from an artist before using the art. If you are thinking of getting a tattoo using either Sue's art or art from any other artists we suggest you to read this article on Tattoo Copyrights, know the fact and be informed:

If you wish to get our perminion we ask a token fee of a royalty. Royalties are usually 10% of the retail cost of the tattoo, this fee will get you an official certificate for permission to use Sue's art for your tattoo and can be given to your chosen tattoo shop. The condition is that when you take a piece into the tattoo artist that they ONLY use this piece of art once, and only for you. If you would like to get written permission please send us a quote from your tattoo parlor and the name of the piece you wish to use. We will send you either a Paypal money request or a quote for the amount. If you have any other medium and wish to use any part of Sue's designs the same fee applys and contacting us for permision is required.
